If you can believe it, it’s a Friday once again!
I hope you are all doing well and getting ready for the holidays. Through this email, I’d like to send a few announcements from the Suus Board.
To start, we have reserved the week for our Suus study trip *yeeeeih*, which will take place from the 17th to the 23th of April. We will soon disclose our destination! In the meantime, if you are interested in joining, try to keep this week free of other commitments. It is between block 3 and block 4 of the academic year. All FI students and teachers can join!
If you are looking for things to do this weekend, this Sunday the 11th, we will have a mini excursion to the Arboretum Trompenburg in Rotterdam, where there will be a Christmas Market. On the 20th of December (15:30), the Christmas Colloquium of the Descartes Center will take place. It will be a lot of fun! The format is composed with various short presentations by members of our community. Do not miss it!
For the upcoming weeks, there are also nice events to attend. There will be some Holy Drinks on the 20th of December after the Colloquium and a Suus Potluck on the 19th of December. More info on these two events will come soon. Hope to see you there. Lastly, I just wanted to let you know that we had a lot of fun at the PowerPoint night. Learned about a diversity of topics in a great variety of seriousness. Thanks everyone for joining!
